by Paypal is definitely preferred. Credit card processing is
only done through Paypal.
Money Order or Cashier Order in
$ US will only be accepted if your combined sales value is
above $ 300 due to high bank fee for currency conversion.
Please check with us on the Payee Name and other details
before sending. Note. - Money
Orders, Cashier Orders Please
pay $6 bank clearance charge.

Alternatively you can send
International Money Order (Bank Draft) in either Thai Baht
or $ US Dollar for any combine sales value and likewise
check with us on the Payee name.
Once payment is cleared, we
will process your shipment and ship out
within 24 hours during
business hours. If you pay via money order, personal or
business checks, please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the time we
deposit your check before shipping. We do not accept credit
card Payments over the Telephone or Via Fax. For more detail

For purchases or combined value up to $500, the type and cost of shipment methods and conditions are as follow.

* We are very stringent with our Quality. We do not deal in Synthetic or Man Made Gems. All our gemstones are 100% natural. If an item has been determined to be synthetic (by a recognized gemologist), you will receive a full refund without hesitation.
* In any event, if the item(s) you purchase is not in accordance to the written description stated (example incorrect weight, wrong clarity specification and/or different species) in the auction, return is gladly accepted. We always try to do our best to present our items as close to the actual color as possible. Please do note that the color does vary with different monitors. If you are in doubt, please feel free to check with us before bidding. We will love to assist you on this.
* For all returns, please do so within 3 days of receipt and inform us your intention by email. Upon receiving the return item, we will only refund you less 13% for restocking fee and shipping fee (if any) from the closing item value. Initial shipping fee is non-refundable. Damaged Items will not be accepted and will be returned to shipper. You may choose to leave that refund amount for future purchase or exchange for similar item and/or value.
